Skin and nutrition – what is the connection?
Healthy skin is not only beautiful. The skin is also a mirror of our health. And especially with regard to skin aging, our diet has a decisive influence! Various active ingredients in anti-aging food supplements, so-called skinfood, have scientifically proven their effectiveness: they can contribute significantly to skin health and beauty. It’s not for nothing that’beauty comes from within’! Particularly in fast-food realities, compound vitamin capsules can help to give our body the daily dose of the right active ingredients for skin and hair. And you should not start here only when there are wrinkles, dry skin, missing glow etc.. When used preventively and daily, the skin will already thank you after a few weeks!
Which ingredients are important for my skin to remain beautiful or to become more beautiful?
One of the most important strategies in antiaging medicine “from the inside” is to protect the skin from oxidative stress and inflammation and to support cell-protecting and cell-regenerating mechanisms. The most important substances here are antioxidants such as carotenoids, flavonoids and tocophenol as well as vitamins (A, C, D and E), omega-3 fatty acids, polyphenols, some proteins etc.. to name a few important ones.
What is special about the strategy of Bloom Beauty Essence®?
This high-quality dietary supplement combines carefully and specifically selected ingredients and effective essences that are perfectly adapted to our skin’s circadian rhythm, the day and night rhythm, to take a dragee each morning and evening. In addition to the important vitamins A, C, D, E, B12, zinc, folic acid, biotin and selenium, special active ingredients are used: extracts of guava, amla, microalgae, pomegranate and phytoceramides.
What is the anti-aging effect of guava, amla, microalgae, pomegranate and phytoceramides on our skin?
The antioxidant lycopene contained in the guava fruit protects the skin against free radicals as well as the cell-protecting vitamin C from the amla fruit, a well-known remedy from Ayurvedic medicine. The carotenoid astaxanthin, an important extract from microalgae, supports the sun protection of our skin from the inside, neutralizes free radicals and inhibits collagen-degrading substances such as metalloproteinases. Pomegranate has anti-inflammatory properties, another important approach in anti-aging medicine. Ceramides, here the phytoceramides obtained from wheat (gluten-free, of course!) are important building blocks that guarantee skin hydration and suppleness.
Does it make sense to use different fabrics in the morning than in the evening?
Absolutely! Our skin is also subject to the sleep-wake rhythm and has different needs during the day and at night: During the day, for example, protection against UV radiation, other harmful environmental influences such as air pollution and dehydration of the skin. At night, the skin regenerates and specific nutrients are important to support and boost this function.
How long should these dragées be taken?
As always in medicine, sustainability is in demand: regular and long-term use is necessary. But already after about 2 months you can see first effects. Your skin will be grateful.
