How are orders processed?

1. Basket

Select the BLOOM BEAUTY ESSENCE® products that you wish to order by clicking the “basket” button. You can change this selection at any time before sending your order. Go to the next ordering step by clicking on “proceed to check out”. You can access your basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner of each page.

2. Check-out/method of payment

If you have a BLOOM BEAUTY ESSENCE® customer account, log-on with your Email address and your password. If you have no customer account, please complete all the fields marked here with an asterisk*. Your data will of course be collected, processed and used under strict observation of the data protection regulations (data protection notice link) We do not use your data for other purposes or pass it on to third parties.

Check your order and select the desired method of payment. Please read the general terms and conditions and the legal remedy carefully. You can only proceed with your order if you agree to the general terms and conditions and the data protection declaration by clicking the box (tick appears). By clicking the “Next” button you will proceed to the next ordering step.

3. Check order and send

You will see a summary of your order: the selected items, the delivery address, the invoice address and the selected method of payment and delivery. Check that all details are correct. By clicking the button “Buy” you will send your order to us. With this, you are sending a legally binding offer. By the way: our shop has 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data.

4. Confirmation of order and delivery tracking

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive our confirmation of order by email containing all the details. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification by email.
